As Administration, we offer wide range of services from simple assistance in filing to setting up an office.

Company Secretarial Services are provided for ensuring you comply with Corporations Act, 2001. This includes incorporation, management, maintenance of Company Registers as well as preparation of Agenda for a meeting and attending Board Meetings for minute taking.

As a Tax Agent, we provide tax advice on a transaction. Liaise with Australian Taxation Office on your behalf and lodge tax returns.
